These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GovCheck AI LLC ("GovCheck AI," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the federal compliance intelligence platform at govcheckai.com (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
GovCheck AI provides an AI-powered compliance analysis platform that analyzes contracts, statements of work, and policy documents against federal regulatory frameworks including FAR, DFARS, CMMC 2.0, HIPAA, and others.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
— Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration — Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate — Keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties — Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account — Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.
Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Failed Payments: If payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.
You agree not to use the Service to:
— Upload documents containing classified or top-secret government information — Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code — Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws — Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts — Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code — Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission — Submit false or misleading information — Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service — Circumvent usage limits or access controls
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination.
Our Property: The Service, including all software, algorithms, content, designs, trademarks, and compliance frameworks are owned by GovCheck AI LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Your Content: You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it solely to provide the Service to you.
Compliance Reports: Reports generated by the Service are provided for your use. You may share, export, and use them for your business purposes. Reports are retained for 90 days from generation and then permanently deleted. GovCheck AI LLC retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
GOVCHECK AI LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:
— WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE — WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE — WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF COMPLIANCE REPORTS — WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL IDENTIFY ALL COMPLIANCE GAPS OR ISSUES
COMPLIANCE REPORTS ARE ADVISORY IN NATURE. GOVCHECK AI LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY ANALYSIS IS LEGALLY ACCURATE OR THAT FOLLOWING OUR RECOMMENDATIONS WILL RESULT IN REGULATORY COMPLIANCE. ALWAYS CONSULT A QUALIFIED ATTORNEY FOR LEGAL COMPLIANCE DECISIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOVCHECK AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
— ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES — DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON COMPLIANCE REPORTS — DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF A CONTRACT, BID, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY — REGULATORY FINES, PENALTIES, OR ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GovCheck AI LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
— Your use of the Service — Your violation of these Terms — Your violation of any third-party rights — Your reliance on compliance reports for legal or business decisions — Any documents or content you upload to the Service
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other business reason.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Info@govcheckai.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Remaining account data will be deleted within 30 days of termination. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, conducted in Reno, Nevada.
Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action lawsuit against GovCheck AI LLC.
You retain the right to seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GovCheck AI LLC regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
